1. Your agreement with Curialis
These terms govern your use of the Curialis Health website and Curialis Companion service, operated by Curialis Technologies, LLC, P.O. Box 41, West Jefferson, North Carolina 28694. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact support@curialishealth.com with questions.
2. Wellness purpose and important limits
Curialis is for personal wellness, record keeping, and self-tracking. It is not a medical device or a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, prescribe medication, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. It does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Do not delay or change professional care because of an app output. Measurements come from the entries and connected sources you provide; Curialis does not measure blood pressure or other vital signs using your phone. Curialis is not an emergency service and is not monitored in real time. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 to use Curialis. Access may depend on an invitation or a participating program. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Do not share accounts or access another person's records. Features may differ by program and supported device.
4. Your entries and shared content
You retain your rights in the information and files you submit. You give Curialis permission to store, process, and transmit them only as needed to operate the service, provide the features you request, and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. This permission is not a sale of your information. Only upload content you have the right to share. Avoid including another person's health or identifying information unless you are authorised to do so. Check entries and generated summaries for accuracy before relying on them or sharing them. Downloaded exports and copies retained by recipients are outside your account's controls.
5. Companion, automated observations, and estimates
AI-generated reflections, summaries, food estimates, and other observations can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are informational wellness content, not professional advice. Relevant information is processed by service providers described at https://curialishealth.com/privacy. Read the in-app disclosures before enabling or using these features. Do not use outputs to make diagnosis, treatment, or medication decisions.
6. Apple Health and device permissions
Connections are optional and depend on your device and app build. Curialis reads only the Apple Health categories you authorise and does not write to Apple Health. Revoke categories in the Health app to stop future syncing. Revoking permission does not erase previously imported records; see our Privacy Policy and account-deletion instructions.
7. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, extract other members' data, upload malicious files, impersonate others, harass people, or use Curialis for illegal activity. Do not use the service to provide emergency monitoring, make automated clinical decisions, or make unsupported medical claims. Tell support@curialishealth.com about unsafe outputs or misuse; include only the minimum information needed.
8. Access, fees, and subscriptions
This website does not sell a subscription, collect payment details, or enrol you into automatic billing. Any future paid offer must show its price, duration, renewal conditions, and cancellation process before purchase. A program's separate agreement may govern access provided by that program. If you have a subscription purchased through Apple, manage or cancel it in your Apple account's subscription settings. Deleting Curialis or its account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription. Apple handles its purchase and refund requests under Apple's applicable policies. These terms do not establish a price or a paid plan.
9. Privacy, exports, and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains collection, processing, sharing, retention, and your rights. You can initiate deletion from Settings → Delete account in the app. Removing an entry and deleting an account have different effects; see https://curialishealth.com/account-deletion. Export records you want to keep before deleting your account. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@curialishealth.com.
10. Intellectual property and app licence
Curialis owns or licenses the service's design, software, and branding. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for your personal purposes. You may not copy or commercially exploit Curialis assets without permission, except where applicable law permits it. For an app distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless an applicable custom EULA is supplied with that listing. Read the official licence at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not the operator of Curialis or responsible for Curialis support.
11. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may update features, maintain the service, or suspend access to address security issues, misuse, or legal requirements. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature is available on every device. Where practicable, we will explain material changes affecting your use. You can stop using Curialis and delete your account at any time. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that must survive by law.
12. Warranties and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its outputs are provided as available, without guarantees of particular wellness outcomes, completeness, or uninterrupted operation. You remain responsible for checking your records and obtaining professional medical advice. We do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Nothing here waives rights you have under the Apple EULA or applicable law.
13. Applicable law and resolving concerns
Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy protections remain available to you. Contact support@curialishealth.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings, or remove access to a regulator or court available under applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
We will update the date on this page when these terms change and provide notice of material changes where required. A change does not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired.
