Apple-distributed applications
For a Curialis application downloaded through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the listing supplies an applicable custom EULA. Read the full, current agreement on Apple's website: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The official Apple agreement controls the app licence. This page links to it for convenience and does not replace or reproduce it. TestFlight use is also subject to the terms presented by Apple for testing.
