A wellness companion
Curialis is for adults who want to record everyday wellness information and reflect on their own patterns. It is not a medical device, clinician, or emergency monitoring service. Do not use Curialis to diagnose a condition, choose treatment, adjust medication, or replace a qualified professional. For urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your readings are your own
Curialis saves and charts readings you enter or authorise it to import. It does not measure vital signs from your camera or phone. Food estimates and derived wellness estimates can be imprecise. Charts and summaries depend on the accuracy and completeness of your entries. Automated checks do not guarantee that an important issue will be found, and nobody monitors your entries or messages in real time.
How AI contributes
Companion replies, summaries, food recognition, and observations can use AI processing. Relevant messages, files you choose to attach, and wellness context may be sent to service providers. Current processing uses Amazon Bedrock with Anthropic models; the full provider and recipient details appear in the Privacy Policy. The app also prepares some summaries on a daily schedule, without you opening it that day. AI can make mistakes and cannot replace professional judgement. Review outputs against your records. Report unsafe or inaccurate outputs to support@curialishealth.com without sending unnecessary sensitive data.
People and providers can process your data
Your records are not visible to other Curialis members. A small Curialis team can access information to operate the service and address issues. Service providers process information for their stated roles. Curialis is offered directly to consumers and is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Read https://curialishealth.com/privacy for retention, sharing, and security details.
Optional connections and sharing
Apple Health access is read-only, only on supported devices, and limited to the categories you approve. You can revoke permissions in the Health app. You decide whether to export a record or send a summary link. A recipient can keep a copy, and anyone holding a valid share link may be able to view it until it expires or you revoke it.
Questions and choices
You can review disclosures in the app's Settings, manage permissions, request information about your data, or delete your account. Privacy questions go to privacy@curialishealth.com; app questions go to support@curialishealth.com.
