Using Curialis

How do I start using the app?

Use the invitation or program access details you received. If you need help finding them, email support@curialishealth.com. This public website does not sign you in or create a member account.

Where do I add or change entries?

Use Today to add a check-in, meal, or exercise. Open the relevant area to see recent entries and available edit or remove controls. Some entries linked to safety alerts are locked while your account exists. Removing an entry can hide it without erasing it from our systems; see the Privacy Policy.

Why are my charts empty?

Charts need enough entries to show your own history. Add a few days of check-ins and revisit Insights. You can choose Day, Week, Month, or 3 months where those ranges are available.

How do I connect or disconnect Apple Health?

On a supported iPhone build, use the Apple Health option in Settings. To manage access, open the Health app, tap your profile, select Apps and Services, then Curialis Companion. Turning categories off stops future syncing; it does not remove previously imported entries.

How do I report a technical problem or an unsafe AI response?

Email support@curialishealth.com with the app version, device type, a short description, and the approximate time it happened. Avoid attaching private records, screenshots containing sensitive information, or passwords. The team can ask for additional information if needed.

Is my Companion monitored by a person?

No one monitors the app or messages in real time. The Companion uses AI and may be inaccurate. It is not a clinician or emergency service. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
