Delete directly in the app
You can initiate permanent deletion in Curialis Companion without emailing support.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open your profile menu, then Settings.
- Choose Delete account and review the confirmation.
- Complete the confirmation shown in the app. Once deletion succeeds, you are signed out.
This action cannot be undone. Export any records you want to keep before confirming. This website does not access your account and cannot confirm or perform a deletion for you.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes your profile and sign-in identity, wellness entries, conversations, saved memories, summaries, derived estimates, feedback, and sign-in records from our production systems. The app also clears its local cache for that account. The change takes effect in the app immediately after successful deletion.
What may remain
An operational audit trail remains with your account identifier replaced by a random value no longer linked to you. Service providers' residual operational records, such as email-delivery logs, clear on those providers' own cycles. The policy describes the current backup arrangement and retention details at https://curialishealth.com/privacy. Copies you downloaded or that recipients already saved are not erased from their devices. Previously shared information and independent third-party records may be outside Curialis's control. If a legal obligation requires retention, we will explain it as applicable.
Removing entries is different
Removing an entry hides it from the app and excludes it from new summaries; it may remain internally until account deletion. Entries linked to safety alerts may remain locked while your account exists. Saved memories, day notes, and day tags are permanently removed when individually deleted. Deleting the app from your phone, signing out, or revoking Apple Health permission does not delete your Curialis account.
Apple Health and subscriptions
Deleting Curialis does not delete the original records in Apple Health. You can review permissions in the Health app under your profile → Apps and Services → Curialis Companion. If you purchased a subscription through Apple, cancel it separately in your Apple account's subscription settings. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Apple billing.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@curialishealth.com from the address associated with your account and ask for help with account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership to protect your information. Do not send passwords or health records. Support is a recovery route, not a required step for the in-app deletion flow. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
